Need solutions to migrate from on-premise CRM 2011 to on-premise CRM 2013

  What issues are you running into?  Migrating the database for a CRM instance to a CRM 2013 install is fairly painless, unless you have old Plugins or JavaScript using the old CRM 4.0 endpoints.
