  • Hello Pokey Oats,

I do not see any problems in your Diagnostic Report. Both Vista and Office report as Genuine.

Would you go to http://microsoft.com/genuine/diag and click the Start Diagnostic button. The site will then confirm that all the settings (used to be able to Validate properly) are correct.  If anything comes up as Failed the site will either provide you steps to resolve the failer or a Resolve Now button where the site will fix the problem for you.

Once Vista passes the Diagnostic site, you will see a Validate Office button, click it and you should Validate without issue.

Now go back to the place that you originally received the Failed Validation and try again.

    Thank you,

    Darin Smith
