How to removed related Case activities from the Account Activity views? RRS feed

  • We have several workflows that generate emails for cases based on user input.
    These emails are displaying under the Account's Open and Closed Activities.

    The users do not want to see these activities under the Account.
    Changing the 'Include:' to 'This Record Only' is not sufficient.

    I remember reading back in CRM 4.0 that here was a file on the server that collects all 
    the related entity activities (Contact, Opportunity, Case) and rolls them up into the 
    Account's views

    I don't remember the name of the file.

    Is there a setting somewhere in CRM where I can have the Case activities excluded from the Account views?
