    I have a salesman who is trying to close an opportunity but keeps on seeing the error above. Under Options, the selected default currency is US Dollars; even in formats, the "$" appears. However, when closing the opportunity, what's happening is the Close Opportunity box pops out, asking for the Status Reason, etc. For the Actual Revenue field, the "$" is not automatically populated and even if typed manually, an "X" inside a red circle appears. Please advise what needs to be done to correct the error. We have the same settings, as well as the others, and he is the only one seeing this error.
