livecare won't update

  i keep getting the red icon that my system is at risk and i need an update. but when i open liveonecare there's a place to click for "update" but no box for "go to website". i click on update but nothing happens. i've had to reinstall onecare several times because of this and it takes HOURS on my dialup. what causes this and is there a way to avoid this annoying problem??  i just reinstalled a few days ago and i'm having the same problem again!
