I have a Windows 7 ultimate running Live Mesh. The software has been working great, however, recently I changed my Live ID password. The next time I booted the Windows 7 machine I was prompted by Live Mesh to enter in my username / password. I did and then also checked to remember me, remember my password and sign me in automatically. The following day when I booted my computer Live Mesh acted as if it didn't know my password. I had to once again enter in my password and check all of the boxes. So far I haven't been able to get Live Mesh to save the new password.
There's a known bug regarding this to get it work correctly there's a couple steps for it:
1) Enter your email and password, then click, "Remember Email" but not Password. And let it sign in. 2) Sign back out normally. 3) Enter your password (as email will be saved) and then click "Remember Password" option, and sign in.
That should fix the problem. It's an issue with Windows Live sign in that we use where it's stuck thinking it's remembering everything but it's not.

I'd try reinstalling Live Mesh. Remove it from your Mesh and uninstall from the PC, then install once again and see if that helps. Yes, you'll need to reconfigure the folder relationships for anything you are synchronizing to the Mesh. -steve~ Microsoft MVP Windows Live ~ Windows Live OneCare| Live Mesh|MS Security Essentials Forums Moderator ~
