Phone not connect to computer

  I forgot my phone password, I use Samsung Tool but when I connect my phone with USB there is nothing happen no sound , no notification there is nothing happen I try to find portable device in Device manager , try to find tutorial in Youtube but no one work.If you know how to fix this please tell me. my phone is Samsung Hero E2202
