Internet Explorer Won't Let Our Customers Download Our Software RRS feed

  • Our website has been around since 1997 and suddenly our new customers cannot download our software as they get a Smartsceen warning. We have over 3000 customers worldwide and need them to be able to download updates and upgrades unimpeded. 

    Our products are code signed and fully checked before being uploaded to the site.

    There must be a Microsoft white list that we can submit our products to verify our site is not a phishing site and our software is virus free.

    This is impacting our sales.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    We need more details about details that you used to deploy your updates, for example, maybe you are trying to deploy via clickonce then you need to go to clickonce forum. Anyway, your topic is not related to Universal Windows app development, which is offtopic on our forum, so we will move your case to offtopic forum.
