Hi Rullu,
At this point we are attempting to repair part of Vista and that requires full Admin permissions. Any type of troubleshooting I could recommend would need you to have Admin permissions.
My only advise would be to either find the persion that does have an Admin permissioned account or reinstall Vista. You could also contact Vista Support at http://support.microsoft.com but I don't believe they could do anything positive without admin permissions either.
Thank you,

Hello Rullu,
Have you tried Activating by Phone?
Thank you,
Darin MSMonday, October 26, 2009 9:42 PM -
cannot activate by phone because there is know selection. its a black screen with just that small box telling activation error.
when i try to run a file, there isn't the option to run as administrator.
could not run in safe mode or doning a system restore.
it is very strange to do like this because i did not do anything than updating from microsoft

Hi Rullu,
Because there are some contradictions in the licensing information in the Report. (Validation Status shows "Invalid License" yet the Cached Validation Code shows "0x0", which means Genuine) and because the "Licensing Data-->" section only shows "Software licensing service version: 6.0.6001.18000" (it should normally show around 6 to 8 lines of information) I believe Vista's Licensing Store is corrupt or only partially readable by Vista.
Try the below set of steps to recreate the Licensing Store and tell us if it fixes the issue:
1) Open an Internet Browser
2) Type %windir%\system32 into the browser address bar.
3) Find the file CMD.exe
4) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'
5) Type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
6) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
7) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
8) Type: cd %windir%\system32
9) Type net start slsvc
10) Type: cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc (It may take a long time for this to complete, please be patient)
11) Reboot Twice
12) You will likely be asked to re-enter the Product Key and/or to re-activate
Thank you,
Darin MS
