How to use Stored Procedures usin SAP .Net Connector

  Hi,
  I am using .Net connector 2.0.I want insert data into SAP System.Could you please let me konow how to use SAP Stored Procedures  to insert and retrive data from SAP System .I will appericiate for your help.
