RPC over HTTP Problem on Exchange 2003 RRS feed

    These days, my exchenge 2003 server has encountered a critical error about RPC over HTTP, above are the error messages. When it happened, the web mail and RPC over HTTP service were unavailable. IIS looked dead. I can't telnet the server. Just restarted the server and the problem was fixed.

    Could somebody kindly help me resolve the emergency situation? It's very urgent. Thanks a lot.
