Dashboard error- record is unavailable RRS feed

  • Has anyone come across this error..

    Dashboard error- record is unavailable .the requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it. and I can't see any dashboards

    I have the administrators rights and I had no problem to view the dashboards till yesterday

  • Hi, It happened some times to me when importing organizations / changing the default one. Surprinsingly, solution is restart the machine. Apparently there is something cached that only clears when restarting machine. Hope it helps, PP

  • I am having the same issue. Just started today, system has been great for about 2 months.

    Here is the exact Message:

    "Record Is Unavailable

    The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it"

  • Is it still happening? Are you guys visiting dashboard page from IE or Outlook client?

    If from Outlook, then are you able to open it in IE.

    If from IE, then are you able to Account record form or any other record form?

  • I came across this error when i imported a managed solution which had a new dashboard.Please let me know if anyone has got a clue.
