    I am Unable to delete Pledges or donations Dynamic CRM Non for profit. Always i am getting error messege:

    Please help.

    Hi,

    I am not sure why you are seeing the "Domain Logon Name" dialog as the error message that seems wrong.

    But the expected behaviour is that...

    Pledges cannot be deleted if the pledge have associated donations that are in the collected or processing state. Similarly, if the donations that are in the collected or processing state they cannot be deleted.

    Hi Rashmi

    Thank you for your help.

    I have selected a donation in open state and not connected to any pledge, but still i have been unable to update or delete it, always i am getting the same error message.
