CRM 2013: Sub-grid - 'Open associated view' button is missing

Question
-
Hi @ all,
when I am creating a list for accounts, the sub-grid for members have two button ('add new' and 'open associated view'):
But when I am creating a list for contacts, the sub-grid for members show me only the 'add new' button.
How can I display the 'open associated view' button again?

Karan

Problem solved!
Use a new crm System and create a solution within only the list entity.
Create a new form copying the Standard form.
Import the solution unmanaged in the System where the Problem exists.
The Button will come back.Regards,

The associated button is displayed or hidden based on the relationship with the entity on which the subgrid is present. So if there isn't any relation between contact and the entity on which the grid is present, you will not see the button.

I don't think the answer by Karishma is correct. The button you are looking for will be enabled if you add the associated entity back into the "Left Nav" in the form designer (for the entity you have the sub grid on).

If you open a Standard CRM 2013, you can see the button. Between lists and contacts, there is a relation.

You're right, James. But the entity is added to the navbar. But still the button is not on the form.
I have no rules defined or similar to display the button.
If I take a look to a list for accounts or leads, there I can see the button.
Any other suggestions?
