Dear ,
i install xp 3sp in my host computer but then . my host give me error pop "win32.sys " on my desktop. It is my 3rd party softare it get error

Hi Sonali, sorry to hear you're having trouble. You posted in the High Performance Computing forum though; this forum is dedicated to the Windows Compute Cluster Server 2003 and HPC Server 2008 family of products.
Try reposting your question in one of the XP groups from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/newsgroups.mspx, and be sure to include as much detail of your problem as possible - for example what you are doing when you get the error, the entire text of the error, what the 'host' and '3rd party software' are, etc.
