I have a client who has installed the Outlook Add-In to go along with her CRM On-line. She was able to use Outlook to track emails for several weeks with no problem. Suddenly, she can't track emails anymore. The error she's getting is "Don't have enough
permission to access the CRM object...."
We have uninstalled and reinstalled the Outlook add-in, to no effect. Any suggestions?
