    hey . . . .

    I purchased the Dell laptop in Dubai, there was no Microsoft activation key which according to Microsoft shold have been inside the laptop box.

    I am unable to use products like Microsoft Office as it asks me for an activation key which i do not have.

    What is the solution to this problem?
    How do i get this activation key?

    Please Assist.

    To activate Office you need an Office key.  The office forum is here:

    Dell puts the windows 7 COA in the battery compartment of the laptop.

    You can purchase a Microsoft Office product key from the convenience of the Microsoft Store.

    Please Note: The full version of Office does not come with Windows by default, Office cost extra.  Most companies that sell computers will include a pre-installed copy of Office Trial.  To continue using the Office trial, after the trial period has expired, you would need to purchase a full copy of Office.
