Problem with Office 2003 Professional validation and can not login

Question

Hi,
Recently my Lenove X60 laptop shown up a sign says, "My windows did not pass the vaildation and it may a counterfeit product." and have the "result now", "result later" screen. So, I ran the WGA diagnostic tool and it shows my Windows XP (Simplifiy Chinese Edition) is genuine. However, the Office 2003 Professional (Simplifiy Chinese Edition) did not pass and it status is 103 Block VLK. I am 100% sure the office is genuine, because is given from my Head Office. The problem is now I can not login to my desktop (safe mode okey). When ever I click on my login account and it have an error message something like "A problem stopping windows to check the windows's certificate. Error 0x80070005.". Why this happened? Is it because this laptop was purchased in China and the geographic problem causing it (I do the Windows update here, NY). Thanks for your help in advance.

QLQ,
Thank you for visiting the Office Genuine Advantage (OGA) program forum. I understand that in most cases, customers have no idea their copies of MS Office Suites were not legitimately provided. This is because some resellers try to cut costs by providing unauthorized copies, but still charge the customer for a copy of Windows and MS Office Suite. This may not have happened in your case, but it does happen. Also, we appreciate your concern that you’ve been using your copy of Windows for a long time. People often wonder, how is it that all of a sudden my copy turns out to be counterfeit. This is because Microsoft is continually investigating piracy reports, and identifying Product Keys that are being used improperly. It is possible for a Product Key to be used over a course of time, which may or may not be your case, but is then found to be a source of counterfeit software and therefore blocked from validating.
May I suggest a couple of links to follow this up?

Your copy of Office 2003 Professional was activated with a blocked Volume License Key. Please contact your IT person to further diagnose the issue. They will have resources and support for Volume license editions of Microsoft Products.
I hope this will prove helpful. Thank you for contacting the OGA program forum.
