Not working RRS feed

  • Question

I had Onecare installed on my computer with the country set to the US. I live in the UK, and was unable to renew my subscription due to the format for entering the billing address. I cancelled my US Onecare account and set up a new hotmail address to get onecare again, while keeping the old hotmail for messenger etc. I paid for a subscription with the new hotmail and received e mail confirmation of payment. Basically, with the new onecare msn messenger and AIM won't work with Onecare anti virus and firewall turned on. It doesn't even ask me if I want to block programs, it did it automatically. And now I cannot turn on the anti virus, the firewall, or back up my files even though I paid 37.99 pounds for it. I would like to solve this problem as soon as possible, ideally without spending further money on it. If anyone can suggest what would be best in this situation or an alternative method of protecting my computer, I would appreciate it.
