off topic - Internet Explorer 7 & 8 Window Disappears RRS feed

    I'm having problems with Internet Explorer 7 and 8. When opening the browser window the frame of the window opens up and then it immediately disappears. This happened on both browser versions 7 and 8. I installed version 8 in hopes of solving the problem but no luck. Any ideas of what the problem is and what can be done to fix it ?
