  At this time, I believe, you should make a choice of Windows 10, instead of Windows 8.1 and 7.
  
  I love Windows 7, but Windows 7 will come to an end of support on 14, January 2020. And Windows 10 is the best from the point of security.

  Absolutely Windows 10! Period, end of discussion.  Just kidding, but, seriously, still the only answer.  10 & only 10 is what is best to use.  Indeed, is the only OS to be considered; no others, it is 10 or nothing.  But, that's ok because 10 is just so bloody wonderful. 👍👍 😁  And WAY better than anything from the past. One does not want to use previous OSs with Win10, now, available.
