I am Unable to get any Microsoft Updates and when I triy to manually download all I get is MGA download

Question
-
I recently performed a repair install on my Windows 7 x64 system. Some of the Microsoft updates installed but now all of them have failed including SP1 and about 20 others. Every time i try and manually download an update I am routed to the MGA page where I click download and install but it dooesn't seem to do anything because next time I try and dowload another update I get the same page. I dowloaded and ran the MGADiag and here is the result. I believe this is what is stopping me from getting and installing any updates. The updates install but after restarting they "fail" and revert back to the previous state:

There appears to be nothing wrong with your report, although the last Validation appears to have been on 6th SeptTry manual validation at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate – what happens? If it fails, post an other MGADiag report.

WGA is just one of many symtoms you are seeing but I don't think it is a cause. Your Windows is licensed. It is likely a problem with the update software. Please try running the Update Troubleshooter.
