Appointment canceled in Outlook is not canceled in CRM. RRS feed

  • Our server is on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 UR1. Our individual Outlook client users are on a mix of CRM for Outlook 2013 SP 1 UR 3 and CRM for Outlook 2015, but this issue is occurring in all scenarios.

    An Outlook appointment is tracked in CRM. When clicking "Cancel Appointment" on the Outlook version of the appointment, the CRM version of the appointment is not canceled, even if we click Synchronize with CRM manually in Outlook after canceling the appointment.

    Is CRM behaving as designed in this case? Is this a known Microsoft issue?
