When I click select the "Download Template for Import" option on the Import Data ribbon tool within Outlook 2010 nothing happens i.e. no download begins. It supposed to open an IE prompt asking me to Save or Cancel the download.
This works fine in the same instance when accessed through IE.
And also, when I configure other organization in the same Outlook Client, it works totally fine. So I believe there is no issue with the outlook client. Is there any System Setting in the org I should take care of?
I've searched for the issue and possible solutions but can't find anything. Please help me with this.
