Insert Code Block No Cursor upon Launch

Question
-
When you click on Insert Code Block, the cursor stays in the edit window(W7 IE9). If you paste something, it goes into the post body instead of the Insert Code Block window.
It requires a click to move the cursor inside the Insert Code Block window.

I confirmed what you experienced (also Win7, IE9). In the past I always clicked in the box before typing or pasting, so I have no idea how long this has been the case.
