Windows LIve One Care Restore Tool

  I have some old data from 2009 that I need restored. I installed the restore tool on my pc with Windows 7 operating system. When I try to open program it says restpre cannot continue. Pl.ease restart your machine and if this does not work call support.

  Please advise.
