  • Some module named "WebApi.RT.Authorization.InvalidAuthenticationMiddleware" (Is it OpenID IdentityServer?) caused exception and finally caused the operation be aborted - seems like "because no more matching handler could be found" to me.

Their support forum also mentioned that they never encountered this in development environment, only on staging and production, so they don't know what caused it or how to get rid of it.

If my guess of nature of this bug is correct, I think you can safely ignore it if no user reports they cannot access the website. Possibly the outsiders (bot or something like that) try to access it but cannot go pass the authentication.

EDIT: Of course, you should also check to see if there are any blocked login attempts correctly logged by the software if that matters to you. You could try stage unauthorized access attempt from outside IP to test it.

  • Hi rexrr,

    Thank you for posting here.

According to your description, your question is more related to IIS, you could post a new thread in IIS forum for suitable support.

The CLR Forum discuss and ask questions about .NET Framework Base Classes (BCL) such as Collections, I/O, Regigistry, Globalization, Reflection. Also discuss all the other Microsoft libraries that are built on or extend the .NET Framework, including Managed Extensibility Framework (MEF), Charting Controls, CardSpace, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF), Point of Sale (POS), Transactions.

    Best Regards,

    Wendy
