    There’s something odd here – You appear to have a Dell machine, using a Dell OEM_SLP Product Key - but the SLIC table appears to be from a Hewlett Packard machine!
     
     
    I suspect that the problem arises because a non-genuine version was installed using hacker’s Loader tool to circumvent activation, and this was (mostly) broken when you installed Service Pack 1
     
    You may want to consider a complete reformat/reinstall of the machine – and may have to, if your COA sticker is not readable.
     
     
    For what version and edition of Windows is the machine Licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?
    Your installation or Office must be considered suspect, as it’s based on a Volume license which is not available to the general public.
