  • Hi Devashish

Unfortunately the information provided dosent have enough information to sort this issue out. It would be great if you can try to the below steps to gather some more insight on the issue.

    1. Hope its OnPremise instance. Try to enable dev errors under CRM web.config and try to repro the issue. It mau provide you more details on the issue.
    2. Does this happes on from Advanced find or from all other UI areas ?
    3. Can you verify whether this happens only for the Connection entity or for all other entity?
    4. Can you try to invoke the complete Request URL (make sure all parameters are available) : https://testorganisation.com/_controls/lookup/lookupinfo.aspx?LookupStyle=multi&ShowNewButton=1&browse=&crmattributeid=&objecttypes=) and check whether you can get more details on the issue.

    Thanks & Regards
