The error indicates file corruption however I have other concernes about your install. Your timezone indicates central standard time, but your key is for ultimate N which is an European product and I believe the PID may be indicative of an ultimate N MSDN key (PID with -076-). I am not 100% certain of this however if you purchased this as a key only or as a retail product from an auction site or a questionable online retailer then you may have been victimized. That ultimate N product should not be sold on this side of the pond.
If you purchased online or are concerned about the ultimate N issue please read this thread.
If the key was sold to you in volation of the subscription it will undoubtedly become blocked at some point.
http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindows7/thread/a2444f34-0aff-4f29-a8ac-67e28b0c0285
the root cause of this issue however is not the source of the key but the error below
Tampered File: %systemroot%\system32\sppcext.dll|sppcext.dll.mui
You can attempt to repair it by running SFC /scannow from an elevated dos prompt (type cmd.com in the search box of the start menu, click on it, type SFC /scannow and hit enter). Or you can run system restore.

I went back and checked some notes, your PID with -076- is consistant with an Ultimate N MSDN install. I am 100% certain yours is an MSDN key. Darin can verify and once he does I recommend you take appropriate action with the vendor to seek a refund if possible.
Of course, if you are a subscription holder then this does not apply to your situation, use the advice above to repair your computer.

I confirm this is an MSDN Windows 7 Ultimate N Key.
As Noel mentioned, if you are the owner of the MSDN Subscription this key came from then no problem, just follow the troubleshooting steps that Carl provided.
However, if you are not the owner of the MSDN Subscription that this key originated from then contact the person or company that sold you the key and demand a refund. MSDN Key are only valid to be used by the owner of the Subscription and can not be resold without selling the entire MSDN Subscription.
Thank you,
