I'm currently on the trial version because i can't get one care to activate when i get to my credit card info it stops and i can't activate. I'm not sure if I'm protected or not and don't know if i need to wait until the trial is over or what.
If you are using the One Care 2.0 beta, it cannot be purchased yet. If you are using the trial of One Care version 1.6 you are protected until the trial expires. If you are trying to purchase One Careversion 1.6 and you are having difficulty with entering your credit card information see this post - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1927190&SiteID=2
I downloaded from quest. They didn't say it was the trial version. But I have that exact sam message. It says actions to take, and then is blank. And then says Urgent, status at risk may not be protecting pc.
Any installation is a trial version until it is activated. The Qwest for Windows Live site states that you must activate OneCare with your Qwest email address for your account.
