    Is there a way to make one invoice and apply it to all the customers you have on file? Or is there a way to make an invoice automatically recur annually or every 6 months?

    We are using MS Money in our Homeowners Association. We want to be able to make just one single invoice for dues payments and apply it to ALL the customers (homeowners). Another option that would help is to make an invoice recur annually.

    Currently we have to create a separate invoice for each customer (homeowner) every 6 months to bill them for HoA dues. This is VERY time consuming considering the large number of customers (homeowners) that we have.

    We are using Microsoft Money Plus Home and Business.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
