    Please tell me why i can not e mail any one care people.     I have been told that my one care sub has expired, not so,  it expires    14.11.09   14th November 2009.      My husband was on my circle, his pc is ok runs out 14.11.09.   My laptop is not now protected.      On trying to contact one care iam told they hold no account for me,   not true.    Miriamriddles

    Hello Kiran,   Please help,   I have tried the links you said.      Why cant i just speak to a person by e mail about my problem.    I always get the same response because i am told i do not have an account with one care,   although i paid,   my pc blew up and i brought a new one all data lost,  i do not know which id i used to open the account.   I do not have a 20 number password.

    Maybe some one could look up Mr. Christopher Riddles account (my husband)  maybe it got put into his account by accident, even if it did i should still be covered untill 14.11.09 the same as he is.   We sit six feet apart did it jump ??????????

    I will not be renewing if this is not sorted out.

    How can i suddenly not be covered ????
