Windows Validation keeps coming back again and again

I keep getting message to validate my windows when I try to run updates.

Any help /pointers on why I am having this issue or how to fix this issue?

I ran MGA and here is the the log

Does the validation complete normally, or is there an error message or other problem that keeps the validation process from completing? Does your XP installation validate normally if you go to www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Windows button?

I suspect that your problem is not so much with Windows, as it is with Office.

You have Office Professional Plus installed - which is only available as an Enterprise product, to businesses for use on their own machines. If you are a member of an organisation entitled to use such products, I suggest that you contact your system administrator for advice - otherwise, your Office installation is an illegal copy, and the license is invalid, even if it currently shows as being valid.
