Sorry that OneCare is not being more informative about the program that it found. Is there not an action button in the message to let OneCare remove the program for you?
There are quite a few interfering programs, but they mostly fall in the category of antivirus, antispyware, firewalls, and similar.
You can contact support for help in identifying and removing whatever conflict OneCare is on about.
