Windows 7 not genuine Build 7601. How to fix?

Question
-
I purchased my Lenovo laptop last year from Best Buy with Windows 7 pre-loaded. I have always been getting problems with the message that my Windows 7 is not genuine. Build 7601. It happened first when Lenovo had to replace the mother board in June last year after acquiring the laptop only for 2 months in April 2010. Lenovo sent me recovery disks. Then, most recently, the hard drive had to be replaced by an authorized repair center by Lenovo. This message appeared last week. Here is the complete diagnostic message. Is there a way to fix this message without reinstalling the recovery disks?

You need to reactivate. Use the COA product key printed on the sticker affixed to your computer (sometimes in the battery compartment of newer laptops). Click Start and type "slui.exe 3". Phone activation may be required.

There are two ways to fix the system -1) contact Lenovo and get them to provide the proper Win7-compliant BIOS for your machine – install thator2) as Colin said, use the COA sticker Key to activate the machine.
