Outlook Client 2013 on Outlook 2007 - CRM Failed to Load RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    When a user first opens up Outlook 2007 after the installation the CRM buttons do not appear and the user gets an error 'Failed to load CRM' when clicking on one of the folders.

    I have already enabled the Add-ins but it seems like we have to manually go into the options and tick the MS CRM Dynamics checkbox in the Add-in section for it to work.

    Any reason why this is the case?

    Also, why are there 2 tickboxes for CRM Dynamics in the list of addins?
