  My computer specs are Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1

  CPU= AMD-E450 APU with Radeon HD Graphics

  RAM= 4 Gigs

  Motherboard=Hewlett-Packard 3577 (Socket FT1)

  GPU= AMD Radeon HD 6320 Graphics

  Also how high could I over clock this Processor and what would be some good cooling for this processor?
