  Hi,

  I am running Windows 7 Home Basic (32 bit). When I try to uninstall a product i get error that says "This action is only valid for products currently installed". I got the same error while uninstalling Office 2007, Java Runtime Environment & Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 and other products.

  I used an account with administrative privileges & built in Administrator account to uninstalled the product, but :(  got same error.

  Could anyone let me know why this message is occurring & how to fix it.
