  • We have an Avaya IP Office, with an Audiocodes Mediapack 118.

    I can get external calls to work great, but inbound calls don't go through to communicator.  Below is the error i'm getting from the mediation server.

    my ocs account has a number in the e164 format:  tel: +1xxxxxxxxxx

    What happens is the call is handed off to the mediation server, but then it disconnects, this is the error which I can't find anywhere (malformed route header)

  • You should do a New Debug session on your Mediation server
    And check the logfiles with the snopper tool from the resource kit
    Then you will see what OCS says

  • It's the problem of OCS R2 sip tag.
    Please refer to this KB:

    and ask for hotfix by this link:

    Apply this hotfix on Mediation Server.
