  • Question

  • Hello Experts,

I am getting above error message when i tried to run a custom workflow.  Here in this thread they have asked, to try changing domain name save the record and again save the record by replacing the username with original domain\username.

I tried that but still i am getting same error. I followed this blog to create my first custom workflow. We are using 2013 onpremise version. Help me in understanding and  resolving this error.

  • Can you check if this userid exist in database. Which process is initiating the workflow?

Is the initiating user is async service?

  • That userid does not exist in database. I dont know from where it is referencing that userid. Even for simple workflow like  update a record i am getting same error message.
