Fix It does not believe I have .net framework 4 installed RRS feed

    When I try to run any of the Fix It tools, they crash with the message that they cannot find .net framework 2 installed. I have .net framework 4 installed (and uninstalled, and reinstalled, and uninstalled, and reinstalled, etc.), but it seems to be invisible. Any idea?

    I should have specified: running a new computer with Win 7 installed; .net 3.5 is enabled but does not seem to be recognized. Please tell me I don't have to reinstall Windows...
