Keep in mind that OCS virtualization is not supported for all features!
Audio & Video especially is not supported!
http://www.pro-exchange.be/blogs/ocs2007r2/archive/2009/05/13/virtualization-support-for-ocs-2007-r2.aspx
This is the standard OCS 2007 R2 Hardware requirement
CPU
· Dual processor, quad-core 2.0 gigahertz (GHz) +
· 4-way processor, dual-core 2.0 GHz +
Memory
8 gigabyte (GB)
Disk
2x 72 GB, 15K or 10K RPM, RAID 0 (striped) or equivalent
Network
2x gigabit network adapter

There is no 32-Bit version of OCS 2007 R2 only available in 64-Bit
But if you want to test OCS 2007 that is only available in 32-Bit
So if you want to test on 32-Bit your only option is OCS 2007

I get Link already thanksNow im trying to installok Deli i also meed much help in OCS DevelopmentDo you know which forum Link will suits best for Development? And also tell me What is the use of Enterprise pool when we try to install OCSi know Load balancing but not getting the meaning of Enterprise PoolLet me Tell soon kindlyMe waitingThanks in advanceRegardsSohaib QaziWednesday, July 29, 2009 12:14 PM

You can start here with the OCS 2007 SDK
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb632176.aspx
This would be the correct forum for OCS Development.
Enterprise pool is only if you want to host many thousands of people and provide High Availability.
So probably in your DEV/TEST environment this is not a requirement.
I would stick with STANDARD edition which is easier to setup.

I have seen the link for forum you givenBut i cant ask Question on that forum related to OCS developmentand i m going to install simple enterprise edition in start coz its my Job requirementIts i think almost lyke Standard editionTell meI have installed Sql server 2005now im installing Sp1. But it is not installingCan i use Sp2 for it????RegardsSoHaIb QaZiWednesday, July 29, 2009 2:23 PM

SQL2005 SP2 is a requirement!
Enterprise Edition Requires a separate SQL backend server (separate server)
Standard Edition install MSDE on the same box
Functionality is the same in both versions
