I get unexpected error framework 2.0 line 135 has to close

   I am running vista on my inspirion 1525 labtop, I go to fix-it-center will not run I get error with framework 2.0 line 135 and has to close?  Microsoft Baseline Anaylezer says needs to reboot to finish  installation ,when I do  results r the same
