Your product Key is on the COA Sticker on the case of the machine  - for which version and edition of Windows does it license the machine?
Have you reinstalled from retail or downloaded disks?

The report is very uncommunicative  about the source of your problem - please go to Windows validation at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate and see what happens there - tell us the EXACT error messages you get.
    then run another MGADiag report.

  • I had the same issue and was not able to install updates or service packs.  I tried this method and it seems to have worked.  Now I will have to see if I can install the service pack which was failing presumable due to this condition.
