    I purchased Microsoft office home premium online today.  when I received the email confirming this, there was no product key number attached even though the email indicated that there was an attachment.  Now I have no prouduct key and cannot find out how to get one.

    There is no such product as 'Microsoft Office Home Premium'

    What did you actually purchase? Where did you purchase it from?

    If you bought it from the MS Store, log back in with your LiveID, and check the sale details - the Key should be there.
