  • When I try to checkout after adding a course (5392) to my cart, after I accept the agreement, I am presented with an error.

    I have the item ( Collection 5392: Developing and Extending Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 with Visual Studio 2005
    ) in my cart.

    I click 'Checkout'

    I accept the 'Microsoft Software License Terms'

    I click 'Next'

    I get the error:
    "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. "

    This has happened many times on several different computers, using IE6 and IE8

    Ultimately, I would like to apply the second shot promotional code that I just recieved by signing up for a second shot offer, but either way, I would like to be able to check out and recieve this course.
