One of these exams would be a good place to start:
Exam 70-515: TS: Web Applications Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4
Exam 70-516: TS: Accessing Data with Microsoft .NET Framework 4
Exam 70-513: TS: Windows Communication Foundation Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4

None of the exams are at a basic level.
Given that you like Silverlight, thhave a look at this exam http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?id=70-506.
The minimally qualified candidate typically:- Has at least six months of experience with Silverlight development
- Has at least one year of experience with Microsoft .NET development
- Has experience consuming data services
