if a study course is required to take a Microsoft exam? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I am currently studying with the home learning college which I have signed up with before two years. They are allright providing me some study materials and a teacher on email and they will give me my first shot in my exam but did I really needed to sign up with them?

I have noticed anyone seems to be able to book in for a Microsoft exam at the prometric centres and you don't really need a course to finish. Just study from home, then take an exam whenether you ready? I am asking this just to confirm if I could have taken a Microsoft exam while studying on my own and I would not have needed a course to pass through. Of course it is good in terms of better study but not to save money :). If you let me know that I will consider training myself until the next certification.

    Please advise, thanks

  • In fact, no, you don't really need to go to a study course in order to have your Exam, but a study course may help you on passing exam more easily, since mostly the teacher may have a good experience on the subject you want to have.
