    i have a problem i wonder if anyone could help me

     

    i had a problem with the windows live care but managed to find out what it was and got it working now but.....

     

    i try and activate it by signing in with my windows live ID the hotmail one to complete the setup and it keeps saying the email or password is incorrent when its obviously not, i've tried doing this with about 3 emails and i've even made a new msn email but still not worked, please help

    Is this a new activation? Have you purchased OneCare or are you registering the trial? Is you password longer than 8 characters? If so, change it to be shorter than 8 characters and try again.
